预应力锚注技术在深井高应力巷道修复中的应用

Application of Pre-stressed Bolting and Grouting Technology for Repairing Roadway withHigh-stress in Deep Mine

摘要: 针对顾桥矿高地应力条件下13-1底板轨道大巷围岩松软破碎持续变形的问题,在现场勘察的基础上,分析其破坏特征及围岩内部结构,提出采用一套以锚杆锚索主动支护为基础的预应力锚注加固技术进行巷道修复。工程实践表明,该套巷道修复技术有效地控制了巷道围岩的变形,取得了良好的支护效果。

Abstract: According to the continued deformation problems of track roadway with broken surrounding rock under the high geostress conditions under 13-1 coal seam in Guqiao Coal mine. Based on site survey, the failure characteristics and the internal structure of surrounding rock were analyzed. Pre-stressed bolting and grouting technology based on bolt and anchor support was provided to repair roadway in this paper. Field experiment shows that the support scheme was effectively to prevent roadway deformation, and good supporting effect was achieved in application.
